Unfortunately, while all iOS devices that can upgrade to iOS 6 or later are included in Evasi0n, the Apple TV 3rd generation currently isn’t able to be jailbroken. Furthermore, although evasion can jailbreak all iterations of iOS 6, we recommend that you upgrade to iOS 6.1 in order to stay current.

Requirements
Here are the official requirements for the evasi0n jailbreak, as stated by the Evad3rs team:

- A computer, running Windows (XP minimum), Mac OS X (10.5 minimum) or Linux (x86 / x86_64)
